Xeco Labs was founded to bring senior, domain-grounded execution to the systems financial firms run on. Clients work directly with the founders, from first conversation through long-term partnership.
Hossein Kazemi
Co-Founder
Hossein leads the commercial and strategic side of Xeco Labs, including client engagements, discovery, and the firm's positioning. He brings a technical background and a Master's degree in AI from the University of Amsterdam, and is hands-on across system design and delivery when the work calls for it. He is the person clients work with from the first conversation onward.
Peyman Shojaei
Co-Founder
Peyman leads engineering at Xeco Labs. He designs and builds the systems clients depend on day to day, with deep experience in the reporting, reconciliation, onboarding, and operational workflows behind financial firms. He's the senior engineer on every system Xeco Labs ships, and the one who keeps it running for years after it ships.

Xeco Labs is headquartered in Amsterdam and works with financial firms across Europe. We meet clients on site for discovery and major milestones, and we work closely with their operational and technical leads throughout delivery and long-term support.
